Getting Around Google's Location Based Results
Submitted by Jesse Bushkar on November 26, 2009 - 10:33pmAs a Search Engine Marketer and Professional, I am searching Google dozens of times a day (sometimes hundreds). I am monitoring results, making changes, and coming back to see more results all the time. At any given time, I have 4 or 5 key phrases that I search just before I go to bed and right when I wake because of the anticipation of those results. I love my job and treat SEO like a game, and I want to win this game.

Submitted by Jesse Bushkar on June 9, 2009 - 12:34pmA quick experiment led me to this topic this morning. This led me to my morning SEO experiment: Father's Day SEO.

Bing and SEO
Submitted by Jesse Bushkar on June 3, 2009 - 8:48amThe World is buzzing today about the launch of Bing.com, Microsoft's newest try to compete with Google. Bing is a search engine that will try to offer more than just the regular list of results. It's going try to provide relevant options that tie directly into other sites.
For example, if you search for a travel related phrase, not only will Bing display links of websites (which is where Google ends), it will also try to pull rates and dates from various travel websites so that you can investigate right inside of Bing, thus cutting down on clicks and (so they say) confusion.

Most businesses we come across who have had websites for a certain amount of time find that they're just not producing the results, direct or indirect, that they would like. Whether it's sales or viewers or subscribers, without optimizing your website for Google and the rest of the crew, you're not going to see the results you want. Systems Connect stands by the claim that we are the Savannah Search Engine Optimization Leaders.
